Your membership will continue automatically after your minimum term unless you terminate your membership in line with section 5 below.

2. Payments and Refunds

a. Payment – Your Direct Debit payment will be collected on the same day of every month dependent on when you join.

b. Refunds – Swansea Outdoor Fitness do not offer refunds unless there has been a mistake on our part. As you, the customer, are in complete control of your membership, if you make a payment then we will assume that you are planning to attend our sessions for the duration of that month. We will then rota a sufficient number of staff to train the expected number of attendees. We can take no responsibility if you subsequently decide not to attend.

3. Member Entitlements

Unlimited Membership – Any Swansea Outdoor Fitness or Social Event

4. Suspending and cancelling your membership

a. Suspending your membership You can suspend your membership at any time once the initial 3 month membership has concluded.

You can only suspend your membership for between one and three calendar months.

Suspension may be activated from the start of any calendar month by giving us at least seven working days written notice before the end of the previous month. Your membership will then be suspended from the first day of the following month.

When suspending your membership you will need to supply a re-start date; your membership fee payments will automatically re-commence on that date. You are responsible for ensuring that we have received written confirmation of your suspension request and re-start date.

Instead of paying a full membership payment, the member will pay £5 per month, on the same date as the normal direct debit is due, for every month of the suspension. This is to cover administration costs.

Should you wish to cancel your membership you must give us one month’s notice in writing.

5. Our right to cancel your membership

We will cancel your membership immediately if you:
