We are passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in our local community, which is why we have recently launched a new initiative called ‘Commando Kids’. This program is designed to introduce young children to the benefits of fitness and healthy eating, so that they can develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Our team of experienced coaches and trainers deliver fun and informative sessions that are tailored to the needs and abilities of each child.
We believe that by educating children about healthy living and fitness from an early age, we can help them to make positive choices that will benefit them throughout their lives. Our Commando Kids sessions are packed with high-energy activities that keep children engaged and motivated, while also promoting teamwork and social interaction.
We are thrilled to see this program going from strength to strength, and we are committed to continuing our work to promote health and wellbeing in our community.
Education on health and wellbeing should start at a young age, which is why we offer engaging and informative workshops for schools and colleges. Our workshops are tailored to the specific age group and cover topics such as healthy eating, nutrition, exercise and fitness.
We aim to inspire young people to take action and make the right choices for a healthier and happier lifestyle, providing them with the knowledge and tools to do so. Our workshops are interactive and informative, with participants leaving feeling motivated and determined to take positive action.
By working with schools and colleges, we hope to empower the next generation with the skills and knowledge needed to lead a healthy and fulfilling life.
We have a background in education, military and fitness which has enabled us to provide a one-stop-shop for all health and wellbeing needs. Our fitness programme makes the most of the great outdoors in Swansea, where you and your team will take part in a number of stimulating, challenging, fun tasks designed to get everyone involved, regardless of ability, age and gender.
The mental wellbeing of employees is a priority for employers so it is important to keep on top of positive mindsets and to also keep employees stimulated. Alongside our fitness programme, our Wellbeing programme offers an incentive for positivity to shine through, via reinforcing optimism and realigning mental balance.
