Commando Kids

We are passionate about promoting health and wellbeing in our local community, which is why we have recently launched a new initiative called ‘Commando Kids’. This program is designed to introduce young children to the benefits of fitness and healthy eating, so that they can develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Our team of experienced coaches and trainers deliver fun and informative sessions that are tailored to the needs and abilities of each child.

We believe that by educating children about healthy living and fitness from an early age, we can help them to make positive choices that will benefit them throughout their lives. Our Commando Kids sessions are packed with high-energy activities that keep children engaged and motivated, while also promoting teamwork and social interaction.

We are thrilled to see this program going from strength to strength, and we are committed to continuing our work to promote health and wellbeing in our community.

Schools & Colleges

Education on health and wellbeing should start at a young age, which is why we offer engaging and informative workshops for schools and colleges. Our workshops are tailored to the specific age group and cover topics such as healthy eating, nutrition, exercise and fitness.

We aim to inspire young people to take action and make the right choices for a healthier and happier lifestyle, providing them with the knowledge and tools to do so. Our workshops are interactive and informative, with participants leaving feeling motivated and determined to take positive action.

By working with schools and colleges, we hope to empower the next generation with the skills and knowledge needed to lead a healthy and fulfilling life.
